Laura Englund - Owner/Manager
Laura began her career upon graduating from cosmetology at SIAST in 1995, when she moved to Regina and started work at Chatters Salon. In less than 4 years, she decided it would be a great career move to open her own salon. She purchased Cathedral Hair Studio in 1999, and operated there for nearly 5 years before purchasing a heritage property to build her next salon in. In October of 2003, she opened the doors to Zazu, expanding square footage, staff, and services.

Over the years, Laura has spent many hours on technical education, working behind the scenes at trade shows, and keeping up to date on product knowledge. She has had the opportunity to work with many talented platform artists and educators. Over the past few years as the salon has grown, Laura has shifted her focus towards management and the development of the salon. In 2006, Laura was very honored to receive the Paragon Award for Young Entrepreneur through the Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Laura enjoys triathlon training, travelling, spending time with her family and hanging out with her yellow lab, Hunter.
